Stuck, but the car may not need a tow? Call and tell us what happened. We tell you on the call what we can do where the car is, and when a tow is the better answer.
What we do on the roadside
Jump starts, tire changes (with your spare) and battery changes.
We do not do lockouts or fuel delivery.
While you wait
If anyone is hurt, or you are in danger, call 911 first.
If you can, get the car off the road, as far to the right as it will go, and turn on the hazard lights.
On a freeway, do not stand between the car and the traffic. If you cannot get well away from the road, stay in the car with your seat belt on.
In the heat, keep water with you and stay out of the sun when you can.
Have this ready when you call
Where the car is: the address, the cross streets, or the freeway, the direction and the nearest exit.
Where it goes: a repair shop, your home, or any other address.
What it is: a car, an SUV, a pickup or a van, whether it rolls, and whether you have the keys.

Towing starts at $75 plus $5 a mile. You get your exact price before we roll.

Usually there in 15 to 20 minutes. Your real arrival time comes up front, on the call.
