Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book a tow or roadside help from Point A2B Tow n More LLC ("Point A2B Tow N' More", "we").

Your price

Towing starts at $75 for cars and SUVs and $90 for big pickups (F-250, Ram 2500, Tundra and similar) and vans, plus $5 a mile with your vehicle on our truck.
The first 10 miles for our truck to reach you are free. After that it is $4 a mile.
No keys: +$15. After 8 PM: +$50.
Jump start $45. Flat tire change $55 (with your spare). Battery change $55 plus the battery. The same miles to reach you apply.
We tell you your exact price before we roll. It changes only if the job changes: a different drop-off, an extra stop, or a vehicle that is not what was described. If it changes, we tell you the new price before we go on.

You pay at drop-off, cash or card.

Need to cancel? Call us as soon as you can.

Please take your valuables with you. If you see any damage, tell us at drop-off.

If you check the box when you book, Point A2B Tow N' More texts you about that tow: when it is booked, when it is confirmed, and your receipt after drop-off with a link to leave a review.
Message frequency varies, usually 3 texts per tow. Msg & data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to stop at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (480) 319-6987.
Texting is optional and is never a condition of booking.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Chandler, Tempe, Gilbert, Mesa and Ahwatukee. Monday to Saturday, 6 AM to midnight. Closed Sunday.

We usually arrive in 15-20 minutes. Traffic and other jobs can change that.

These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona.
